The main attraction is the Hot Springs Pool, naturally heated with mineral waters. Hot Springs Facts & History
The spring has a daily flow of 3,500,000 gallons. The temperature of the small pool is 104, and large pool is 90. The first people to use the Hot springs were the Ute Indians, who traveled to the springs to bathe. They believed the springs cured illness: therefore they named it Yampah, which means “Big Medicine.”
