The Hot Springs Pool and Spa are open, and an evening swim can get beautifully steamy. Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park is also open, and the Caverns are warmer inside than out, at a consistent 52 degrees. The historic hotel across the river from The Hotel Denver has a Christmas lighting extravaganza. View it best from The Hotel Denver. The weather can do just about anything – so come prepared.

My only regret is that we didn’t have enough time to actually sit and relax. Toying with the idea of Thanksgiving week and were curious what the weather and activities would be like. I think I have convinced a friend to join us for the train ride out and a wonderful stay at the Hotel Denver. Thanks for any input.
