Discount Policy
The following discounts are available if hotel rooms are rented as part of your function. The discount applies only to the meeting room fee, and is determined at the end of the function based on actual nights rented.
- 21-40 Room Nights - 25% discount off meeting room fee
- 41-60 Room Nights - 40% discount off regular rates
- 61-80 Room Nights - 50% discount off regular rates
- 81-100 Room Nights - 75% discount off regular rates
- 101 Room Nights or more - Meeting room rate waived
Included in the above rates: Tables and chairs (discuss setup options with your meeting planner), television and wireless internet. Podium, screen, DVD player, and speaker phone are available by request. Tablecloths and decoration, food and beverage are not included in above pricing.
Payment Policy: Check or credit card charged in the amount of the meeting room fee is required to reserve the meeting room. If deposit and guaranteed room block reservations are also required, the check or credit card charge will include those amounts.
Cancellation Policy: A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations. If the event is cancelled less than 14 business days prior to the event, 25% of the total room rental fees and room guarantees will be charged. If the event is cancelled seven business days prior to the event, all room rental fees and room guarantees will be charged. Charges or refunds will be made to credit card guaranteeing the meeting room reservation. If a check was received to reserve the meting room, a refund check will be issued within 10 days of the cancellation.
